The terrain throughout the ranch is lightly to heavily rolling with large hills and the Finlay Mountains come into the southwest part of the ranch. Its Block 71, Section 17, Tract 7 (North Half). At the Gunsight Ranch sign, you will turn left and follow the maintained gravel road straight west for 6 miles to the cattle guard entrance gate to the Gunsight Ranch. From the cattle guard entrance gate turn south and follow this road for about 3.53 miles where the northeast edge of the parcel will be about 94 yards to your right.
