Wildlife & Hunting: This high fenced property is also a successful big game commercial hunting ranch with a healthy population of Whitetails, Scimitar Oryx and Blackbucks. Being surrounded by tens of thousands of acres of farmland typically planted in grain sorghum, corn and sunflowers helps provide the property with fantastic quail, dove and turkey hunts. The Whitetail deer herd was enhanced by DMP pens, a Deer Management Program whereby native does are bred to scientifically bred bucks and released onto the ranch. This was in place for 8 years. In addition, some of the highest scoring Scimitar Oryx, Axis deer and Blackbuck antelope can be found here.

Improvements: The Main House is a custom built 9,500 square foot home with 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, an office and a fitness room. There is a 6,000 square foot enclosed shop, a 12,000 square foot equipment barn and an additional 6,000 square foot barn, both with three sides. There are 6 water wells, 20 plus water troughs, over 10 ponds with miles of water lines feeding these sources, and a 5,000 foot landing strip.
