Horseshoe Bend Retreat

This is not your typical "subdivision"! Tract #57 contains 9.01 acres and is almost square in shape. It has a fence on the south side. The other 3 sides are unfenced. This is raw unimproved land with heavy cover of trees and brush. The trees include Live Oak, Post Oak, Elm, Mesquite and some Cedar.
