This is a perfectly square plot of land is about 20 minutes north of the towns of Snowflake and Taylor. Where you will find have grocery stores, a Walmart as well as restaurants and hotels providing all the small town amenities a new homestead requires. This is a residential/small farm area so there are several homes nearby that you can see in the posted photos. The route to reach here is from Snowflake and is paved half of the way before turning to a wide, county-maintained dirt road. There are utilities in the area and cell service as well.

The land itself slopes slightly downward from South to North. Best of all, the Western frontage of the property borders 5000+ acres of federal land, providing your own private gateway to Silver Creek and beyond. According to Arizona Department of Water Resources records there is a well on the Eastern frontage of the property but we have not been able to verify anything beyond that yet.
