The attitude is very much "live and let live". In the rural areas where our properties are located you are free to build or not build as you see fit. If you want to camp on your land, or park an RV, you can do so without restriction.

There is no zoning. You can build a mansion or a tiny home or anything in between. There are no Homeowners Association (HOA) or Property Owners Association (POA). There's just you, your freedom, and the beauty of nature. The climate is mild and dry, with an average minimum temperature of 30 degrees in January and an average maximum of 94 degrees in July.

Everyone qualifies for the same financing, we don't run credit checks.

With an initial payment of $294 ($99 down payment + $195 document fee) we will finance the balance for as little as $252.31 per year over 15 years.
