Hog Farm Package

The Ernest Smith Farms Package consists of 3 hog farm facilities located along the same road next to one another. These hog farms can be purchased as a total package and ran as one operation, or individually. There is a combination of sow, nursery, and finishing space. We have the farms priced at $35/head space to allow for a wean-finish operation conversion.The three farms have a combined permitted wean to finish capacity of 8,287. There are approximately 70.5 acres of spray field (hay production) and 148.7 additional acres in timberland. There is a recent survey on the property verifying acreage and property lines.
