From California:
Starting on CA-395 N, turn right onto Laver Crossing.
Continue for 1.4 mi and turn left onto Hackstaff Rd.
Continue for 3.3 mi and turn right onto Summers Rd.
Continue for 1.5 mi until you come to a four-way fork in the road. Take the second fork in that road, continuing straight unto an unnamed road.
Continue straight for 2.2 mi and turn left (with the road) going over the train tracks.
In 0.8 mi, you'll come to a fork in the road, stay right and continue straight for 1.5 mi.
Turn right onto Cal Neva Rd (which might appear unnamed).
Continue straight for 2 mi and keep right at the fork.
Continue, entering Nevada, and continue straight as Cal Neva turns into 1st Ave.
You'll come to a T with Flanigan Road, take a left there and an immediate left before crossing the train tracks.
It'll be rough terrain from here, so follow the tracks and the property will be on your left in three miles, bordering the tracks.
