Hinton Mills at Lake Gaston

Wooded .68 acre lot very close to I-85. This lot had a mobile home on it but it was removed. Well and septic are still there but owner doesn't know what condition they are in. The water front has 158' at the property line with Dominion. There is a pier which was built some years ago. This lot is next to the common area where there are some boat houses, you can see the lot if you walk down to those and look back to the left.
