The ranch features two charming homes. The primary residence is a spacious 1,500 sqft main house with a large open living area and three themed bedrooms that maximize stunning hilltop views. Enjoy the wrap-around covered porch with bar and hot tub. The second home, a beautifully restored 1920s ranch house, adds historic charm. The original shearing barn with concrete flooring is ideal for social gatherings. Additional improvements include electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, a newer barn, and two outbuildings.

Wildlife

The ranch is home to an array of native and exotic game. Native game includes whitetail, hogs, turkey, bear, mountain lion, and other predators. Several different species of exotics have been seen throughout the ranch, such as Elk, Axis, Aoudad, Corsican rams, Catalina Goats, and more. A 20 Acre high-fenced pen with 3 separate holding pens can also be found on the ranch, but is not currently being used.

Water

Two functional water wells supply water to both houses as well as water troughs throughout the ranch. There are also miles of seasonal wet-weather creeks winding throughout the property.

Vegetation

The ranch boasts diverse habitats with a variety of vegetation, including pinon pine, live oak, lacy oak, persimmon, mesquite, and agarita. The land itself is beautiful with over 80 caves and impressive rock outcroppings that offer unique geological formations and exploration opportunities.
