Hilla Creek Tract is located in Western Heard County, Georgia and is access via a deeded easement from GA Hwy 100. It is approximately 8 miles NW of Franklin near the Georgia/Alabama state line.

The property has historically been managed for timber production with multiple stands:

- 37 acres of 2017 planted loblolly

-2 acres of 2017 planted longleaf

-4 acres merchantable planted pine

-5 acres of natural hardwood
