Legal Description: SE of the NE of Section 20 and SW of the NW of Section 21, Township 18 South, Range 7 West, Ashley County, Arkansas

The timber on the Hwy 82 East tract consists of approximately 62.3 acres harvested in 2013 which a stand pine seedtrees for natural reproduction. This stand now consists of scattered sawtimber size pine seedtrees with pine and hardwood natural reproduction. The remaining 17.7 acres of pine and hardwood timber is in an area along the creek in the southwest corner of the property and a wet area in the northeast corner of the property. Per the NRCS Web Soil Survey the predominant soils are moderately well drained to somewhat poorly drained silt loam soils that have an average expressed native site index for loblolly pine of 88 feet (Base Age 50).

At the intersection of U.S. Hwy 82 and U.S. Hwy 425 which is located 3.75 miles due east of Crossett, Arkansas, turn west onto U.S. Hwy 82. Travel due west approximately 1.5 miles to the intersection with Ashley CR 24. Turn south at the Kingwood Forestry Services "Land for Sale" sign onto Ashley CR 24 and travel approximately .25 miles to the native surface woods road on the east side of Ashley CR 24. Turn east at the Kingwood Forestry Services "Land for Sale" sign onto the native surface woods road and travel .25 miles to the Kingwood Forestry Services "Land for Sale" sign which is located on the northwest corner of the property.
