We originally sold all of the properties in Hidden Hammock Estates back in 2012. Sometimes things do not work out with our owner financing and we get a property back. At Hidden Hammock Estates you will find 21 beautiful five to eight acre estates. The properties are in pasture grass with scattered giant oak trees on most estates. Each property has ample paved road frontage and underground electricity throughout the community. There is no requirement or timetable to build. However when you decide to build it must be 960 square feet or larger. Modular homes and mobile homes are allowed providing they meet the minimum square footage and are 10 years of age or newer when initially placed on the land. Farm animals are permitted with the exception of pigs.
