All three properties are excellent timber investment properties. Excellent, investment quality, pine plantations with an average age of 23.5 years account for approximately 84% of the acreage. The properties have good internal roads providing great access.
Location Description
The property is located approximately 4 miles west of Pine Bluff, AR. Access to tracts 1 & 2 is off of Summers Road (Gate Combo 2136) and access to tract 3 is from Shannon Road (Gate Combo 3052).
