Land: The Hardaway Tract has gently rolling topography with mature pine plantations along with old growth hardwood bottoms. Conservation: 207 acres of the Hardaway Tract is protected by the Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) through the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS).
