Great potential duckhole property. Has produced good duck and goose hunting in the past--last hunted in 2021. Recent work has included installation of 10" backend/PTO pump. Just needs a 45 HP tractor to power the pump. Two 14' pit blinds. Levees were recently pulled and packed. Water control structure on north and south fields. Compatible Use Authorizations allow for discing, food plots, Rx fire, firebreaks/trails, buffalo plowing, and moist soil management. Deer hunting is a bonus.
