Green River Tract

The Green River Tract in Perry county, TN is approximately 8 miles from Linden, TN, 11 miles from Hohenwald, TN and 40 miles from Columbia, TN. Access and electricity are provided off of Highway 412.

There is a well-established trail that runs along the ridgetop giving easy access to most of the property. The acreage is primarily wooded, with some pockets of valuable, mature hardwood timber. The rest of the timber stand has a great hardwood composition making for a good future timber investment. A series of well-established food plots are already in place along the ridgetops. The Green River tract also features a small creek with small, cascading waterfall formations.
