Great Laying 40 Acre St. Clair County Missouri Tract

I was very impressed by this 40 acre tract and how it laid. Property gently slopes from west to east to a wet weather creek. Good timber and some open type of cover and some thicker areas, great for a mix for whitetail and turkey hunting. Several rubs were on the property.
