Great hunting, timber and recreational tract here...230(+-) acres located on Prospect Road about 10 miles south of Dadeville, only 5 minutes from Lake Martin and 25 minutes from the Auburn/Opelika area!! The timber on the tract is all mature, the hills and ridges being loblolly pine and the bottoms, big hardwood. There is a great stand of white oak, red oak and other mast bearing trees for the wildlife. Currently, four food plots are present on the tract and other areas exist for more possible plots. The owners have killed several nice deer and turkeys over the years and while walking the tract, turkey sign was evident in many places.
