An old house and buildings sit on the south end of the tract but they add no contributory value; however, a submersible well is in place at this site. This well has not been used in many years so the condition is unknown. Electricity is present in multiple locations on the property.
Finally, the tract has a county road running along the north side but the best access comes from the south. Highway 83 provides this point of entry by a paved asphalt road. The highway also splits the overall acres. The result of this is a 16 +/- acre tract sitting on the west side of the roadway. This piece has potential for a homesite development as electricity is present on the north end of the parcel.
