4,496,000 bushels of grain storage consisting of six 580,000 bushel bins, two 380,000 bushel bins, two 90,000 bushel bins, one 36,000 bushel bin, and one cone bottom 40,000 bushel bin. All are full air floor. Three grain legs that average 12,000 to 14,000 bushels per hour located on the south of the property at the main dump. There is a secondary dump located on the north side of the first two large capacity bins. The smaller bins (36,000, 40,000, and two 90,000 bushel bins) are wet storage that feed four dryers; one Farm Fan, 2,400 bushel per hour dryer, 2 Zimmerman 4,000 bushel per hour dryer, one 4,700 bushel per hour dryer. There is a fourth leg (20,000 bushel per hour) located at the secondary pit.
