Unique property that is entirely a wetland / swamp. It is not buildable. Bordered by 1.2 miles of river frontage on the Pasquotank River. The first thing I saw on visiting this property was a Bald Eagle roosting in a large cypress tree on the shoreline. A second eagle was soaring over the property directly behind him. There are numerous osprey nests all along the shoreline. My local guides told of frequent river otter sightings and abundant bird life in the area. My immediate thought was that this property should be protected, but also shared with its easy access from the causeway and by a five-minute boat ride from the boat ramp in Elizabeth City.

Take US Hwy 158 West from Elizabeth City heading toward Camden. From the bridge travel one mile, property begins on the right, just past the Little Caesars billboard. Property has 3,900 feet of road frontage. There are three billboards on the property. Look for pink-glo flagging tied at the approximate northern corner of the property. Todds Pharmacy billboard is just past the approximate boundary on a neighboring property.
