Very rare to see a young producing pistachio ranch in a good water area hit the market.

These Golden Hill variety pistachios on UCB1 root-stock have been proudly farmed. The trees are in the producing age and are projected to yield around 3,500 pounds per acre. The pistachio orchard belongs in the Chowchilla Water District and has a big deep agriculture well. The trees are irrigated through a single line hose with a two one gallon dripper.

This will be a solid long term 20 acre investment with high returns, along with great write-offs.
