Wildlife management practices include food plots and prescribed burning in the pine stands. The hardwood areas are well stocked with large oak and other mast bearing trees. Access is by paved highway and county gravel roads and the interior road system is good. There is also a farm house on the property that is in good shape and is being used as a hunting camp.
