A gated easement provides access to the very north end of the farm. The easement not only gives enough room for large farming equipment but makes hunting any wind scenario a breeze without disturbing the sleeping giants in the timber. Sampson Creek snakes through almost 3/4 of a mile of the farm along eastern edge. It flows year round and really adds a special dynamic to an already hardcore hunting farm. Nomadic bucks will frequently travel this corridor adding an "x" factor to the already impressive potential for harvesting trophy animals. A 32x80 metal building provides sleeping quarters and large equipment storage making this farm convenient for any absentee owner.
