Garnersville Road Tract

The Garnersville Road Tract is a great hunting property and future timber investment. It is covered in natural timber that is about 20 years old and with a majority hardwood. There are several trails that lead to open areas for food plots. The Garnersville Road Tract has a nice rolling terrain that has several streams that could be pond or lake sites. This tract is loaded with deer and turkey. There is paved road frontage that has power and county water available.

Clay County is located in Southwest Georgia on the Georgia, Alabama border with the Chattahoochee River and Lake Walter F. George being the State Line. Historic Fort Gaines is the main town, where most all suppliers, can be found.
