TRACT 3 - 306.964 acres located on the East side of FM 710 at the northeast corner of its intersection with CR 265 (Lundquist Rd) and about 3.7 miles north of US Hwy 59 (I-69) at Ganado. It has level, open terrain utilized as row-crop farmland. About 95% of the property is Nada-Cieno soil, 4% is Fordran loamu fine sand, and 1% is Dacosta sandy clay loam. This tract is out of the 100-year flood plain. This tract has been LASERPLANED.
