TERRAIN / WILDLIFE: The topography is level to gently rolling, ranging in elevation from 450 MSL to 470 MSL. The terrain is remarkably diverse for South Texas and ranges from thick native brush, to cultivated fields, to century oak lined Frio River bottom. The ranch has been subject to a great management campaign for the last 30+ years and consistently produces excellent whitetail deer, rio grande turkey, and a healthy population of quail.
LOCATION: Located only 1+/- hour south of San Antonio, 1.4 miles West of I-35, just 5.5 miles north of Dilley.
Directions
From San Antonio, head south on I-35. Travel approximately 62 miles and take exit 91 toward FM-1583, Derby. Travel 1 mile and turn right onto CR 4429. The road will terminate in 1.4 miles at the gate entrance.
