Location:
This Ranch is located approximately 52 miles southwest of downtown San Antonio, and 1 mile north of IH 35 Exit 104, north of Pearsall. It is situated along the west frontage road of IH 35, with access directly from the frontage road.
Description and Topography:
The ranch terrain consists of rolling to mostly level red sandy loam hills. Numerous large mesquite and oak trees are scattered throughout the ranch. Buck Creek traverses the ranch from north to south near the western edge of the property. The ranch has a great variety of native brush and grasses highly suitable for South Texas big game and birds. This ranch has all the ingredients of a great deer and quail hunting ranch.
The ranch has had a lot of work done very recently on roads and senderos.
