Notes from photographer: This parcel is untouched and no neighbors visible from the property. The route to get there is pretty straightforward and accurate from Google Maps directions. The access road from Hwy 191 is just NORTH of the intersection with Hwy 61 and NOT across from it. The road is packed dirt for 90% of the way, then gets a little softer as you depart the maintained area and head more into the woods. The final turn East from this softer, sandier road is where it gets more challenging. This is a road, but it has been traveled very infrequently. Id recommend 4WD here, but I did it in 2WD with A/T tires. It would be easy to get stuck if you decide to stop the vehicle. The land itself is great and fairly level. There is a mix of high-desert plants like small cacti, sage and juniper and it is pretty dense. The nearest electricity is more than a mile away and cell service is spotty (T-Mobile). There is a small mini-mart/gas station at Hwy 191, the Witch Well Store.
