Another older home is located just off of FM 1691 and has been used as a hunting cabin. A good all-weather road leads from FM 1691 to the main headquarters. Electric lines run through and across the ranch for additional home sites and water well locations.
WILDLIFE
Abundant whitetail, axis, turkey, hogs and other hill country animals.
WATER
Throughout the ranch, are located six water wells, of which two are not in working order. Several caliche pits hold water for additional wildlife watering areas. Water in the area is reportedly readily available if the new buyer should want to add additional water wells.
