Fitness Gym

Here's an opportunity for that fitness buff to have his own gym to work in and "workout" of. This is a beautiful fitness gym with all the amenities and is located in the downtown row portion of Sedan, KS. This building was built in 1994 and consists of 5,760 sq. ft. There is an office, tanning bed and an additional room that is currently used for massages. It also contains men and women shower rooms with 2 additional bathrooms. The workout equipment is in great shape (see pictures attached) and is serviced every other month plus free weights, hand weights, 4 TV's, numerous exercise videos and an indoor walking/running track. This gym has been in operation for approximately 5 years.
