This property is an exceptionally managed timber tract with 400 acres of merchantable timber (1982), 35 acres of natural regeneration hardwoods, 13 acres of wildlife food plots and roads, 18 acres of wet weather ponds and 166 acres of bottomland timber. The tract has a nice gated interior road system traveling through the timber stands around the pond and boast over 4800 feet of road frontage on Middleground Rd (county maintained paved).
