Feliciana Preserve Homesite

Come be a part of nature and live under the towering pines and spreading oaks on your own private 7-acre lot at the Feliciana Preserve. The preserve is a privately owned nature reserve and research area in the Tunica Hills of beautiful West Feliciana Parish. It consists of only four individual home sites plus the 119-acre nature preserve known as the Feliciana Preserve Natural Area which is protected by a conservation easement with the Nature Conservancy.

Not logged since 1959, the forest is a typical mixed hardwood forest containing beech, magnolia, yellow poplar, various oaks, and mature loblolly pines. Rolling hills with clear running creeks transition to flat bottoms along Thompson Creek. Deer, turkey, coyotes, bobcats, foxes, and numerous species of birds make the Feliciana Preserve home.
