Terrain consists of nice hilltop views, heavily vegetated draws and deep soil flats. Vegetation on the ranch includes live oaks, juniper trees, mesquite, and good native grass covering the area. WILDLIFE

The amount of wildlife on this property is tremendous. There are large numbers of free ranging axis deer and native white tail deer, as well as frequent sightings of turkey, dove and hogs.

WATER

A water well is located on the east side of the ranch providing water to the hunters cabin and deer cleaning station. A working windmill is located further west along the south boundary of the property. This windmill services nearby water troughs and a concrete pila.
