82.5 acres of woods and farm ground, home to a good population of deer, turkey, and small game and located maybe 10 minutes out of Lapeer. You folks that have been looking for that "close to home so I can sneak out for an evening hunt" spot, I found it!!! This place has 2 access points, both on paved roads, and are found at opposite ends of the property. Set up so you can play the wind to get to your stand without everybody knowing. Property is a combo of about 32 acres of farmland, currently planted to alfalfa, and 50 acres of woods and brush. Off the south end of the property is a medium sized subdivision lake that holds decent populations of ducks and geese. The farm land is on opposite ends of the acreage with the woods in the middle. Plenty of nice trees to hang a stand.
Awesome trail system throughout the whole piece, from one end to the other and all around as well. Wander to you...
Awesome trail system throughout the whole piece, from one end to the other and all around as well. Wander to your hearts content. Set up just right for one of those quiet lifted golf carts to whisk you to your stand.
I'd think this would make a heck of a nice home site too. Maybe an hour into Metro Detroit. Close by to M-24, and I-69. Shopping, dining, movies, ice rink, hospital, even a small airport, pretty much all you could need within maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Imagine wake up to turkeys gobbling, set on your porch at night and watch the deer coming out to feed. How cool would it be to come home pull on the camo and walk out the door and climb in your stand. Sorry ole huntin truck, no driving needed tonight.
Address and aerial are estimated. Property has been surveyed. There are restrictions for this property.
Give me a shout, grab the boots, and lets wander this one a bit.
