Farm Close To Town With Many Possibilities

This tract is a good mix of thick brush, open pasture and a pond. There is an older home on the farm that the sellers are putting no value on and is being sold as is. Currently, the pasture is being rented out for cattle grazing. The hillside is thick cover that has a lot of deer sign and plenty of room for them to feel safe. When walking the property, I jumped multiple deer and found many rubs. Blacktop frontage is on the east side and a gravel road touches the north side of the property for access.
