There are two access roads to FHR. The old County Road, which is the main road to the property, was deeded over to the four landowners along that road with a permanent easement. The road can be used by the US Army Corps of Engineers (COE) in the event of an emergency. The second road runs directly from Rockpile Road to the Southern Boundary of FHR (about 100 yards). This road is owned by COE and only FHR has a permanent easement for use of that portion of the road for FHR’s private usage.

FHR is bordered to the West by private vineyard properties and to the North and East by COE. The majority of FHR’s property borders open land. The first 100 yards from Lake Sonoma is owned by COE. However, FHR does have direct access to the lake with a road at the bottom of the property.
