Fairview Farm

Delta County farm just off of Highway 65. 80 acres with approximately 40 acres irrigated with good decreed water rights. Partially planted to new alfalfa with the remainder in grass. The farm has over 1/4 mile of Tongue Creek running through it. There is an old two bedroom farm house that is currently being lived in as well as a set of corrals, tack shed and adobe block building that could be used for other livestock. The farm borders BLM land on the west side with thousands of acres of recreation whether it be riding horses or dirt bikes/atv's.
