Here’s a fantastic turnkey property! The seller has put in trails to access various areas of the property quickly. They also created some food plots. Two are smaller kill-style plots closer to the camper, and the other is on the main trail going through the timber towards the north. The seller says the first food plot is Whitetail Institute Fusion, and some of the back plot is a clover and chicory mix. Then the other east plot and most of the back plot is also a mix of Green Cover Summer and Fall Release seed mixes!!
