With the Wetlands Reserve Easement completed in 2016, the diversity of natural grasses as well as young willows provide excellent habitat and security cover for migrating ducks and geese.

With approximately 2+/- acres eligible for food plots, this 42+/-acre wetland is an attractive and ample food source for wintering waterfowl.

A natural slough known as the Dry Run is situated on the west side of the property and provides a diversity of habitat as well as a source of water to flood the wetland in preparation for the upcoming hunting season.

On years that the Mississippi River rises out of its banks, this area is one of the first to flood, and can offer some of the most spectacular backwater hunting you'll find anywhere!
