Established Duck Hunting Hole-14 Acre Flooded Corn Field with Pit and Elect

Fourteen Acre Duck Hole- Flooded Corn and Soybeans this year but has been all corn in the past. Farmer in place to plant crop. This property has had extensive dirt work done back in 2008 to create a well established duck hole complete with electric well, large pit, pole shed with electricity, electricity run to the pit to power an ice eater, additional two inch spigot behind pit that allows one to put water on top of the ice. Property sits right in between some big duck clubs that hold a lot of ducks in the area. This is the easiest hunting there is for children or elderly. Park and walk 400ft on a grass levee to the pit. No ATV or UTV needed to hunt.
