The best roads are past Wincup Gamble Ranch and then along 12 Mile Canyon Road. You will pass through private property and BLM land. There is at least one gate you need to cross if you come to this property from the North, but it is posted for public access as long as you stay on the roads.
You do have to cross a small stream of running water shortly after you turn onto 12 Mile Canyon Road. I dont know whether the water is active all year or if it is just in the spring.

I would recommend 4wd to get to the property, but roads lead right to the property and through it.
I saw wildlife including rabbits, mallard ducks, birds.
Water is around this property and there is a wash that runs through the property, but I didnt see any water within the property limits. The property is covered mostly with sagebrush and juniper trees. There is a large hill to the south end of the property.
Very nice remote property.
