The scenic Elm Creek Ranch has a prime location along Interstate 40 in the Eastern Texas Panhandle. A trifecta of rolling topography, tree cover, and water availability combine to create a first-rate recreational property. A range of wildlife are attracted to the ranch from turkey to deer. Zoning/Easements:

The property is outside of any municipality so is not zoned. There are no known easements that would affect operation of the farm. It is anticipated all existing easements will be identified by surveyors.

The property lies within the Panhandle Groundwater Conservation District.

The ranch sits in the southeastern quadrant of Wheeler County.

Access:

Interstate 40 borders the land along the northern edge of the property for about 2 miles. There is also CR SB that runs along the southern edge of the land.
