There is a spot out of the wrp, that is set up to build a cabin on. The wrp covers most of the property, but one could plant grain crops in the wrp and make a whitetail deer along with the water fowl. The farm has some of the best bedding around for the deer, really thick and the owners have killed some good deer here. The duck hunting here is second to none, within a good fly away area, and on average the sellers have killed 250 ducks per season.
