Ellis Creek Tract

Ellis Creek Tract is located in Santa Rosa County, Florida with road frontage along Munson Highway, Red Rock Road, and Lee Hill Road. It is approximately 30 miles NE of Pensacola, 12 miles NE of Milton, and 20 miles W of Crestview.

This tract is a large contiguous timberland investment offering with over 1,100 acres of merchantable pine plantations. There are 113 acres of 2003 pine plantations and 35 acres of 2006 pine plantations. The 217 acres of hardwood provides the necessary habitat for a diverse wildlife. Neighboring properties include Blackwater River State Forest as well as other large landownerships.
