The Main Office (Orlos Lodge) is a 1,746 sf one-story block structure with 2 offices, meeting facilities, kitchen 3 bunk rooms (sleeps 18) and 2 half baths and one full bath. The Ranger's House is a 1,370 sf home with a full basement, stone fireplace and a great view of the camp pond area. The Dining Hall is a 3,432 sf block building with a large dining area, commercial kitchen, commercial cooler and freezer, restroom, storage pantry and laundry. The Health Lodge is a 522 sf block building with an office, storage room, bedroom and bathroom along with a covered porch.

There is an inground pool and adjacent Pool Shower House that is an 1,152 sf block building with gender changing rooms, toilets (1), sinks (2) and showers (6) on each side. There is also a separate Shower House that is a 342 sf block building with 3 showers and 4 toilets,

Multiple Lodge buildings are also present: Henry Lodge is 900 sf with electric, 20 bunks and woodburning stove and water; Hanna Lodge is identical to Henry, also with 20 bunks; Nippert Lodge is a 400 sf building with a woodburning stove, electric, water and 12 bunks; Houghton Lodge is a 625 sf building with electric, water, 10 bunks and an unfinished remodel of the bathroom.

The Trading Post (Greene Lodge) is a 720 sf structure with a covered porch overlooking the pond and has a stone fireplace with a retail area, storage area, electric, heat and water.

The Maintenance Building is a 2,160 sf structure with concrete floors, metal roof and sides with two (2) overhead doors, gas fired heat and 100 amp electric.

Engelken Village (Staff Camp) consists of six (6) modified tent/Yurt style structures meant to house the summer camp staff. There is also a pavilion here with electric.

In addition to all the lodge buildings and other structures there are seven (7) tent campsite areas, each providing ample space for plenty of campers: Mohawk, Seminole, Shawnee, Apache, Seneca, Huron and Iroquois. Most have latrines (or one centrally located) with solar lights, and water.

One of the key features present is the 2 acre pond used for canoeing and kayaking. The dam was reconstructed several years ago in cooperation with PA Dams & Waterways and the US Army Corp. of Engineers and is fully permitted, in compliance and totally functional. A stream flows through the mountains that feeds this pond, so it is without weeds, reeds and cattails due to the consistent flow. The other water feature is the inground pool. The pool is used for swimming (not the pond) and is in good shape.

The facility is also set up for shooting sports. The archery range is a 6 station range with a pavilion and locking storage area with electric while the rifle/shotgun range pavilion has 10 shooting stations and locking storage for the weapons, electric and water.

Additional buildings include: Nature Pavilion, Archery Range Pavilion, Tom Pale Picnic Pavilion, Picnic Pavilion at Dining Hall, Boat Storage, multiple Storage Sheds, an open 3 sided Garage at Ranger's House and a Storage Building which was the old shower house.

The last key structure here is the Climbing Tower. It is about 50 feet tall with an internal stairwell, upper supports for attachment of safety harnesses and exterior rock-climbing holds.

A hillside amphitheater area completes the property with multiple sets of hillside bleachers and two stone firepits and a stage.

The water supply here comes from a spring system on the property. Nearly all buildings and camp areas have water available to them. The property benefit from being on a municipal sewer system. All main buildings and structures are tied into this system. There is also natural gas supplied to many of the primary buildings here as well as telephone. Internet service is also availabe. Access throughout the property is via an internal network of well-maintained gravel roads. There is a large gravel parking lot on the main camp and an overflow parking lot across the road for large gatherings.

The property has a mix of hardwoods and softwoods throughout and has a significant timber value. A timber inventory conducted by FORECON, Inc. in 2013 and grown to present shows approximately 1,670.714 boardfeet, Doyle log rule. The forest is dominated by soft maple, hard maple, black cherry, white ash and hemlock. Timber will be sold intact and no harvests are planned. The forest has been professionally managed for decades, creating the best quality timber possible across the ownership.
