The Elk Haven Ranch consists of 760 +/- deeded acres just south of the Montana/Wyoming border. The deeded acreage is easily accessed off of Bitter Creek Road, which is a county maintianed road, north of Gillette, Wyoming. The property has ample water from stock tanks and a reservoir to support thriving populations of elk, mule deer, whitetail deer and antelope, as well as upland birds. The ranch has historically benefitted from coalbed methane production and as a result there is a mix of single-phase and three-phase electrical power available.
The ranch is located in close proximity to the following towns:

Gillette, Wyoming (50 miles)
Buffalo, Wyoming (85 miles)
