The sunrises will simply blow your socks off. There is nothing prettier than watching the sunrise over a body of water. When buying a property, I always advise my customers to have an exit strategy for the future. What is a property going to be worth in 5 to 10 years? Is the land going to just increase in value at a simple appreciation rate or does it look like it could really gain value because of its location and its uniqueness? In my opinion, it would be the second route. With city limits on two sides that tells you that the city is moving your way which will gain value. Parker county is one of the strongest growing counties in the state of Texas. Growth is very strong and while looking at the data, it seems to only be getting stronger. Large tracts of land have been a very hard thing to find in Parker County over the last two years. Developers have been buying the land and then subdividing it. This tract does have a lot of positive developing aspects as well having two access points, proximity to city water and close location to the city.
