Heres an opportunity to lease 50 acres of flooded ag fields and timber in south Arkansas. The 50 acres is made up of approx. 20 acres of mature hardwoods and the remainder in crop land

The MS flyway speaks for itself. The property is situated approx. 3 miles east of the Boeuf River. The owner plans to open a hole in the timber this summer with a track hoe. There is no blind on the property. The surrounding ag fields and timber will flood from a well located on the south side of the property.

The lease will include water and ATV access along a turn-row. The 50+ acres will be set for flooding as soon as the bean crop is harvested. The field will flood up to around 35-40+/- acres. Water will be maintained at sufficient depth.
