Within the WRP easement, there is a 155-acre duck lake on the east side of the property that is your main hunting pool. There are many locations on the lake that would make great places for blinds that allow you to shoot in all directions. Also, on the east levee, there is a water control gate and on the northwest side of the lake, there are two water control gates that allow you to control the water in the main duck lake as well as the other small duck lake on the west side of the property. The west duck lake features three small oxbow pools surrounded by willow trees. On the north levee, there is a hydraulic pump that allows you to pump out of the drainage ditch on the property if needed. There are also two ponds on the property within the WRP easement. 20 acres of the easement on the southwest side is a timbered tract consisting of thick underbrush and pecan trees, making this a great bedding area for deer.
